This was a very good course for me so far and wish to continue next year which will be good for me. Now I will be joining the next two sessions on 31st May and 14th June. Today,I was called to upload a new video of the Beatles on my Blog which was related to what I spoke about in my presentation, I had a go at it three times and therefore I was able to do it finally and discuss what each band member does. This was about the Beatles.
I got a Merit for my whole course in Music certificate Yr 1.
The assignment which I liked doing the most was the Solo performance because, I selected the songs of my choice to make a 25 minute performance and I could perform well.
I liked doing the Ensembles assignment in the sense that the songs which we needed to perform,we worked together as a group and also the songs which I had never heard and learnt before. This inspired me the most.
Look forward to continuing next year.

Presentation today
What I feel about my presentation is that it was Ok,I showed the Class the Video of Hey Jude song by the Beatles.I spoke everything in Gist especially about green day Band as it was a big one than the Beatles.Unfortunately,I had to read a little bit from the power point but I knew what I had to say.

My performance today
Today's performance went good,But the thing is that in the first song named Surviva by Destiny Child,I was confident as to when I had to sing my parts including when we were humming to make harmonies like oooo etc.in the song,The second song named One love by Bob Marley,I was confident while singing,but had to look at my phone for the lyrics because I needed to sing the words properly and for that I needed to read the lyrics for that,My teacher told all of us that we could read the lyrics as most of us weren't feeling so confident and had planned to do it next week,but the thing is that we had to do it today.In future,when I go for any performance,I will make sure that I learn the lyrics whether I perform myself or there is a group band with me with the backing tracks or instruments played and so on.I just felt good that I sang well for the performance as I practiced hard but practicing especially with the group members,I had the lyrics to read while singing with the group on stage today.Hope I have passed this assignment up till now.

The Beatles are tough act to follow.And so,several weeks from the release of Green Day:Rock Band,publisher MTV Games has some promoting to do. MTV Games GM Scott Gutherie recently explained the reasoning behind picking the younger,less "classic rock"- oriented band for its next single-act music game following The Beatles:Rock Band.
"We were pleased with the performance of Beatles:Rock Band,but we were expecting higher sales," Gutherie said. "Our core audience of 16- to 34-year-old males are much more familiar with Green Day music than The Beatles."

For much of the groups career,the band has much been in trio with drummer Tre Cool,who replaced former drummer John Kiffmeyer in 1990 prior to the recording of the bands second studio album,Kerplunk (1991).Guitarist Jason White,who has worked with the band as a touring member since 1999, was an official member from 2012-2016.

Performance for tomorrow
We were about to rehearse today for the performance tomorrow but what happened was we had planned last week that Treviscia was going to book access time for all of us to rehearse using the performance rooms,but Nobody knew that we had booked access time,Treviscia was also not here today,So we decided to rehearse tomorrow before the certificate class and also one hour in the Certificate class before the performance starts at 3pm for the Ensembles assignment.But,Anyway as to not waste time,I do practice the songs individually at home and in my free time.We will try our best for the performance tomorrow.Hopefully the performance should go well tomorrow.
